Born in Taif, KSA in 1961 Received a Master Degree in City and Regional Planning from KFUPM Dhahran KSA in 1989. Received a Bachelor Degree in City Planning From KFUPM Dhahran KSA in 1987. Bernard Stroiazzo Mougin

Bernard has a PhD in Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics and is the inventor of the Third Cycle of CO2 Energy Conversion Process. Amongst his research and development he has patented different systems related to the phenomena of ionization in artificial atmosphere and liquids. In 2006, with a team of Biologists, Engineers and in collaboration with The University of Alicante (Spain), he started different studies related to the transfer of energy through microorganisms. After a series of maritime testing, he proceeded to directly capture the CO2 emissions from a cement factory and by which he had created the first artificial Bio Petroleum, similar to fossil petroleum without the Sulphur and heavy metals whereby reducing one ton of CO2 per BBL of combustion. Currently Bernard is the author of 145 patents over the world covering the whole process of the Third Cycle of CO2, a model that allows the production of de-carbonated energy and high value products enabling the neutralization of industrial emissions.

Qualifications: National Higher Technical Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering.
BSc. Electrical Engineering.
Diploma in Financial Administration.

Henry has over 34 years of experience in the electrical, mechanical and civil construction industry, including working on several large projects that cover the full spectrum of construction activities. He serves on the boards of a number of private companies and promotes various infrastructural and industrial projects across Africa and the Middle East.

Abdulmajeed Bashmail

In 2017, Abdulmajeed graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business management. After his graduation, Abdulmajeed joined his father's company as an administrative manager, where he spent seven years of hard work and dedication.

During that period, Abdulmajeed gained extensive skills and knowledge in the areas of management, organization, and strategic planning. He has an exceptional ability to work with teams and resolve conflicts skillfully, making him capable of motivating employees towards achieving specific goals.
