Different Operative Departments
The plant will be big enough to divide the 3 main operations:
Production Area: In this area marine biomass is produced
Transformation Area: Transformation of the marine biomass into high value products
Research and Development: We can improve the different procedures and develop new products
Production Area:
For the production area we want to start with a setup of 4960 final product producing Photo-Bio- Reactors (PBR). Our Company technology is highly adaptable and can be built on land that is not arable. Also, the "shape" of the site's size can be adjusted to accommodate available space.

Inoculum Area: The inoculum is the amount of the Marine Biomass solution needed to be able
to start the culture growth in the photobioreactor field. There will be an exclusive indoor
laboratory area for this purpose located just in front of the photobioreactor field.

Growing Culture Area: This area is intended for the installation of the photobioreactors
that contain the culture. In those photobioreactors certain number of columns are grouped
into one module and six modules make one photobioreactor.
- Tank area: This area is intended for the tanks needed in the plant. It will be installed near
the culture area and have three types of tanks:
- Salty water tank
- Permeate tank
- Culture accumulation tank
Research And Development
We know that the possibilities are endless with this unique process and that there is so much more to investigate, improve and develop to make the process even better and the options greater. For this we need a research and development division. In this facility, we will make different departments in the research and development department:
Biological department
Analytical laboratory department
